Joel Tacey entertains at the Davison Library

Comedian and entertainer Joel Tacey tells jokes and performs his act for a group of children Tuesday afternoon at the Davison Library, 203 E. Fourth St. Tacey has performed at the Davison Library and other libraries for the past few years, mixing entertainment and encouraging children to read.
