DAVISON — Police Chief Brandon said with prom season around the corner, it was good to see the city’s restaurants, bars and stores that sell liquor are following the correct procedures.
All city businesses owning a liquor license passed a sting by the police April 23.
Brandon said this is the first time in several years all locations in the city denied alcohol to the minors working with the police department.
Two 19-year-old female decoys entered each establishment and asked for alcohol. The teens were carded and denied at every location.
“We’re happy to report they all passed,” Brandon said.
