Jack F. Swayne Jr.
Feb 8, 1950 to May 14, 1993
In Remembrance to Jack F. Swayne Jr. Who left us all 15 years ago to be with our Lord. Time has not healed out loss of your presence. Only our memories, loving, fun memories of of you can heal our hearts and help us to know we will be together again someday. With loving Remembrance to my husband from his baby Dumplin and Jacks growing family, daughter: Catrina and Kevin Lapeer, grandsons: Cody & Joshua, son: Jack III and Leandra, grandsons: Jack IV & Ashton.

Edwin C. Kramer, 83, of Tawas City (former resident of Davison) died on Monday, May 12, 2008 at the Iosco Medical Care Facility in Tawas Township, MI. He was born the son of Frederic and Helen (nee Schwab) Kramer on January 3, 1925 in Flint, MI. Edwin worked for Buick for ten years before his employment for Consumers Power where he retired in 1979. He proudly served our country for 3 years during WWII in the Army. Edwin was a elder at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Davison, a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge Flint #23, a member of the Bay City Consistory, and of the Elf Khurafeh Shrine, and a member of the Davison City Council.

He is survived by his children, Mark (Jan) of Davison, Brian (Nancy) of Davison and Kim (Brian) Riggs of Fairview, NC; his longtime special friend, Joyce Root and her children, Bill (Pam) Root of Clio and Paul Root of Grand Blanc; grandchildren, Amanda (Ken) Lucas, Edwin, Helena, and Kelsie Kramer, Sara and Erika Root and Savannah Riggs; great-grandchildren, Anna and Alan Lucas; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Edwin was preceded in death by his wife Elaine in 1982.

If desired memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital. Funeral arrangements were made by the Buresh- Kobs Funeral Home in Tawas City, MI.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Thursday, May 15, 2008 from 4:30 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 16, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Buresh and Kobs Funeral Home in Tawas City with Reverend Jan Chambers officiating. Interment will be held on Monday, May 19, 2008 at the Sunset Hills Memorial Cemetery in Flint, MI.
