Arthur Daly Jr.

Arthur "Tom" Daly Jr., 67, of Lake Havasu City, Ariz. and formerly of Davison, died Thursday, March 13, 2008 after a long battle with leukemia. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, March 15 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 E. Davison Road, Pastor Bruce Clark officiating.

The family will receive visitors from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday and 1-3 p.m. Saturday.

Mr. Daly was born Oct. 8, 1940 in Lansing to Arthur and Myrtle Daly. He married Shirley Brown of Juanita. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army, and worked as a supervisor in skilled trades, retiring in 1995.

He resided in Davison until his retirement, then moved to Lake Havasu City, Ariz. He was a member of Lake View Community Church in Lake Havasu City.

He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Daly.

Survivors include: his beloved wife, Shirley; children, Nancy Ramos and Tom Ramos of Grand Blanc and Paul (Johanna) Daly of Illinois; grandchildren, Matt, Chris, Justin, Jordan, Paul Arthur, Thomas and James; mother, Myrtle; siblings, Fran Smith of Millington, Rose (George) Davis of Fowlerville; Bill (Carolyn) Daly of North Branch; the Brown family, Larry, Wanda (James), Gail (Jeannie), Jean; Ross; Les (Pat) and Janet (Jim), and many nieces and nephews.
