St. Pierre-Thompson

Danielle Melissa Thompson of Oxford and Daniel Lee St. Pierre of Davison were united in marriage Jan. 25, 2008 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Lake Orion, with Father Mike Verschaeve officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Duane and Diane Thompson of Oxford. She is a 2000 graduate of Oxford High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint. She is employed as a registered surgical nurse at First Baptist Hospital, Alabama.

The groom is the son of John and Teresa St. Pierre of Davison. He is a 2002 graduate of Davison High School and a 2007 graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint. He is employed as an information system specialist at the Alabama League of Municipalities.

Serving as maid of honor was Deanne Thompson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Dana Giannetti, sister of the bride; Melissa Kaplan, sister of the groom; Kristin Solberg, friend of the bride; Julia Ludeman, friend of the bride; and Melissa Yaklin, friend of the bride. Isabella Giannetti, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.

Serving as best man was Matt Mossman, friend of the groom. Groomsmen were Silvo Giannetti,, brother-in-law of the bride; John Kaplan, brother-in-law of the groom; Brian Saltzman, friend of the groom; Jacob McCarthy, friend of the groom; and Steven Moore, friend of the groom. Richie Gibbs served as ring bearer.
